Here's some useful information about your order.
All stock orders from the website are wrapped/packaged and sent out within 14 working days from your purchase. Each piece is unique and often made to order, please see notes by the product you're purchasing. Orders are processed through Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
All orders are shipped through registered, recorded delivery, and you will receive a link with a tracking number.
UK Post — £5 flat rate
Europe — £8 flat rate
USA & Canada — £10 flat rate
Worldwide – £12 flat rate
International orders may be subjected to charges (tax, etc) depending on the country you reside in. The recipient is responsible for payment of these charges.
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP).
Your credit card details are not stored nor are customer details shared with any third parties.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item comes back to the studio in unused and undamaged condition and is in its original packaging. Please email email@example.com stating the reason of return.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and for making sure your unwanted item gets back to the studio safely. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages in transit, it'd be best if you send the item by registered post and retain the proof of posting.
Any damage or missing items will be charged for. Postage charge is not refundable.
